ABOUT US
My name is Samuele and I come from Italy. My origin is both half Napolitan and half from Florence. My love of making pizzas was born when I met Domenico Felice, the person who was then to become my teacher. He then gave me the possibility of being recognized by the APP (Association Professional Pizzaioli). Later on I was able to become a professional at handling certain types of dough, examples would be gluten free, alternative mixes of flour, and of course regular flour. Now it’s been 6 years that I am a certified professional pizza maker.
My choice to live in beautiful Santa cruz was because I have some friends from this special town, Brad and Melissa. They suggested to come here because they know how difficult it is at this moment to live in ITALY, and when they talked about this town I understood that my product could be work here, where people love simple organic food. I thought the people who live here would love and appreciate my gluten free dough, organic and alternative flour.
Here in this unique area of California and I can easily find local and delicious products for my pizza all from the local farmer’s market. It is here in Santa Cruz that I found the right combination of people and food to make dream a reality.
